Dear Ms. Kline:

 

On behalf of the hundreds of students who currently play lacrosse and those who will come after them, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to you and the School Board for taking the first steps to allow both boys and girls lacrosse to advance in Martin County.

We understand the many pressures that you are up against and understand these are difficult financial times.  We also understand the challenges facing the Martin County School District.  Please know that you can rely on hundreds of families and supporters to bring this sport forward. Together, we can achieve what is best for our children, but which can't be financially met by the School District.

Also, please know there is a cadre of volunteers, parents and professionals ready and willing to assist in any way.  We have conducted much research and spoken to many people, clubs and organizations in order to avoid any pitfalls and missteps in advancing lacrosse.

Again, we are so grateful for your leadership and look forward to working diligently to make this a reality!
